Projects and engagements
This website describes what we do; it is information, not an offer or a contract. Any project we take on is defined by a separate written proposal or agreement covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Where that signed agreement and these terms differ, the agreement governs that project.
Fees and payment
Fees for a project are set out in its proposal or agreement. We invoice for agreed work, and payment is made by bank transfer as described there. This website does not process online payments and does not, by itself, create any payment obligation.
Intellectual property
The NT name, logo, and the design, text, graphics, and code of this website are owned by NT or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission. Ownership of work we deliver to a client transfers as set out in that project’s agreement.
AI features
Our AI tools — the chat assistant, brief generator, estimator, and concept generator — produce automated, best-effort suggestions for general guidance only. They are not professional, legal, or financial advice, and are not a binding quote. Please confirm anything important with us directly.

This site relies on trusted third-party providers (for hosting, email, analytics, and AI) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites, and a link does not imply endorsement.
