NT (Nada Tech — “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus anonymous, privacy-friendly usage statistics:
- Contact form — your name, email, selected service, and message.
- Newsletter — your email address.
- Call booking — your name, email, and the time you choose.
- AI Brief & Estimator — the answers you enter, and optionally your name and email.
- Chat assistant — the messages you send (anonymized; we do not store your IP or identity).
- Analytics — aggregate, cookieless usage data such as pages viewed, country, device type, and referrer, which never identifies you personally.
Cookies & local storage
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We use a small amount of your browser’s local storage only for essential functions: remembering your cookie choice, your theme (light/dark), your chat history on this device, and whether you’ve seen the intro animation. This information never leaves your browser.
Our analytics (Plausible) is cookieless and loads only after you accept it via the banner. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
How we use your information
To respond to your enquiry, deliver the brief or estimate you requested, send the newsletter (until you unsubscribe), schedule your call, and improve the website. Enquiries may be scored for relevance by an automated service to help us prioritise our response.
Who we share it with
We rely on a few trusted processors purely to run the service: an email provider to deliver messages, our hosting and database providers to store submissions, and OpenAI to power the chat, brief, estimator, and lead scoring (your inputs are sent for processing and are not used to train their models). We never sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and subscriptions for as long as we need them to follow up and run our business, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw newsletter consent (every email has an unsubscribe link), or change your cookie choice. To make a request, just contact us.
